Policies

Because every successful shoot starts with clear communication.

 

1.Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.

Your session is not considered booked until the deposit is submitted.

• Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot before the session begins.

For events and video shoots, payment structures may vary based on the project.

• Accepted payments:

Cash, card, Zelle, Apple Pay, or online payment through booking system.

 

2.Cancellations/reschedules

• Deposits are non-refundable.

However, you may transfer your deposit to a new date once, as long as you notify me at least 48 hours before your session.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.

• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your session time will be reduced out of respect for other clients' bookings.

• If I ever need to reschedule due to an emergency (extremely rare), your deposit will transfer to a new date of your choosing.

 

3.Turnaround times

• Photography: 7–10 days

• Events: 7–14 days

• Videography: varies by project timeline (typically 1–3 weeks)


Rush delivery is available as an add-on.

 

4.Studio Rules

• One guest is welcome to accompany you for support (unless otherwise discussed).

• No food or drinks on studio equipment.

• Respectful behavior is required at all times.

Any damage to studio gear, props, or backdrops may result in additional charges.
